Ride the T

The T is the University of Tennessee's transportation system,
operated by Knoxville Area Transit (KAT).
UT Students and faculty ride free on all T services, with a UT I.D.

T Break Schedule

During summer semester, the T runs on an altered schedule.

During the summer semester, the following services are available:
East-West operates from 7 a.m. - 6 p.m., approx. every 15 minutes (Mon-Fri)
T: Access operates from 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. (Mon-Fri)
T: Link operates from 6 p.m. - 7 a.m. (every day)
50C: Off-Campus operates on a break schedule; for exact times, refer to the 50C public schedule.

The following services DO NOT RUN during summer semester or breaks:
T: North-South
T: Ag Express
T: Late Nite
Green Line Trolley
Apartment routes (43, 44, 56, 57)

T services Include:

T Routes on Detour

Effective December 1, 2008, a portion of Peyton Manning Pass near the stadium was closed for an extended period of time.

Due to this road closure, several T Routes are currently running on a detour route.

The affected routes are:
The T: East-West
The T: North-South
The T: Ag Express
Route 43: University Heights Apartments

Holiday Schedule

There will be NO T service on Friday, July 3, 2009 or Saturday, July 4, 2009 in observance of the Independence Day holiday. The T: Link will resume operating on Sunday, July 5 and other summer services will resume on Monday, July 6.
